Rea White has covered NASCAR full time since 1998. He has won an award from a press agency in Alabama and North Carolina and currently serving as President of the National Motorsports Press Association.
The man worked hard spent hours building their own car and then driving or towing them to track their race. Everyday people who already have has carved out a niche in other areas
The hours are long, tireless labor, high risk. Families are required to support the effort, and volunteers who fill the gap getting the car ready and and through the race.
They ran fast and as often as they could, these guys who build NASCAR, and probably never dreamed that what some viewed as a hobby and do not see the same glamorous will someday become a national passion in drivers who are heroes and thousands make their living.
They did it for love, pure bliss and racing challenge is presented.
