“They shot my family like that”: good Bologna Children points to Edwin Ramos

Andrew Bologna said she saw Ramos shot his father, Anthony, 48, and his brother Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16, as drove close relatives streets Congdon and Maynard shortly after 3 p.m., June 22, 2008.

“I see it,” Andrew Bologna said from the witness, pointing at Ramos. “He was staring at my dad, mugging him, gave him the appearance of meaning, and that’s when he pulled out a gun.”

Bologna, who was 18 at the time and it is now 21, began to cry as he told of the shooting, which did not hurt him.

Prosecutors alleged that Ramos, 25, of El Sobrante, shot after one of them to Bolognas members of a rival gang and shooting as the shooting of members of the gang MS-13 fellow earlier that day.
